This week, as part of World Book Day, we are focusing on books and enjoying a range of texts. We will be spending time in our own quiet book area and in the school library. We will be naming book characters and retelling stories through puppets, role play, drawings and writing.
In phonics, Nursery will be learning about alliteration and reception will be learning their new phonemes ai ee igh. Alphablocks - Series 3: 16. Tightrope - BBC iPlayer
In maths, Nursery will be learning about maths vocabulary most and fewest and reception will be learning about the composition of numbers 7 and 8.
