Worm Charming!

This week in English we have been learning all about worms! We learned all about "worm charming" today. When you make noise above ground, the vibrations travel through the soil and charm the worms up to the surface! We stomped our feet, banged our fists on the ground, used sticks to make a tapping noise and used our mouths to charm the worms! We also watched a video of the "world worm charming championships" which is held in a village in Cheshire. People were even using musical instruments to charm the worms!!
